How does the live consultation work?
At the front page, begin by searching the experts using keywords or other criteria. Select among the resulting online experts that suit your needs. When you have found one, press the "Call" button to start the videoconference / presentation room. Use your free minutes to determine whether the expert is suitable for you. If that expert is not suitable, then just close the Virtual Room (just close the window) before the free minutes elapse. In this advanced Virtual Room you can chat using your webcam, microphone or keyboard, listen to live presentations and explanation from the expert and upload/download files.
Before calling, you can use various information to determine a suitable expert. Use the expert's rating, client's responses and the description of the experts to help you decide. Click the expert's username to view more details about the expert.
How does the offline consultation work?
Offline consultation is the opposite of live consultation. In live consultation, you will meet your expert face-to-face in our Virtual Room so that you can ask questions and receive the answers instantly. In offline consultation, you will post questions or tasks but you will receive the answers later.
Questions or tasks that need research usually cannot be answered live. You can outsource your tasks or projects by using the offline consultation facility. Alternatively, if you do not need the answer to your question urgently, you may want to use offline consultation.
You will receive a competitive price from our pool of experts as they bid on the price and you select the most appropriate expert. Simply look at the expert's rating and feel free to send them a message to make sure that you get the right expert.
You will also receive a notification email if there are experts who bid or answer your consultation. To disable this notification, under your personal profile, set your email to be inactive (Menu >> My Workspace >> Edit Profile >> Email activated).
Using offline consultation is as simple as 1-2-3 and can be done from My Workspace :
1. Ask
Offline consultation begins when you ask a question or post a task.
From the front page, just type the question that you want to ask or the tasks that you need to be done. Then supply a little more information about the question/task such as the deadline, the maximum fee, or the supporting files. Your question/task will then be posted automatically to the relevant experts.
2. Request Expert's Answer
Once the experts assess your question, they will offer you to use their expert service for free or in return for a fee.
At this point, you can review the offers from your experts and, if you like the offer, authorize the experts to perform the services they've offered you.
To do so, go to My Workspace and then click the "Questions I asked" tab. Select the question and view the offers and prices from the experts. Get to know your experts by looking at their ratings and profiles. You can also send them a message simply by clicking a button on their profile pages.
When you are done, select the offers you like and click the "Request Answer" button.

3. View the Answers
When the deadline of your question elapses, go back to the same page (My Workspace >> Questions I asked) to view the answers. After reviewing the answers, don't forget to post your rating for the experts. Your balance will be deducted when the expert submits the answer.
How do I enroll in courses? How do I know the quality of the course?
Members can search courses using some criteria or keywords. The search result will display the courses along with their descriptions. A course has a public feedback rating made up of comments and ratings left by his/her previous clients. These comments and ratings are available in the public profile of the course.

What tools will be available for me?
Live consultation
- For live consultation, you will have a virtual room that consists of:
- Voice over IP connection to allow audio conversation
- Webcam to see the person to whom you are talking
- Whiteboard: the equivalent of a whiteboard and MS Powerpoint, capable of viewing and annotating the expert's JPEG/GIF/PNG pictures.

Offline consultation

- Under "Ask a Question" tab, you can post a question or task to any experts.
- Under "Questions I Ask", you can see the questions that you have posted and the offers you get from the experts. Here, you can then approve one or more experts to answer your question.
